2016 - 2022: Going global and digital
We transitioned from simple fulfillment to a full-stack loyalty solutions provider. During this period, we deployed our proprietary technology platform, launched travel operations and expanded our services across 5 diverse geographies.
2023 Onwards: Defining market leadership
Today, we are focused on scale and profitability through high-margin innovations. We have introduced the R360 marketplace, Apple Store integration, and a dedicated Lifestyle & Luxury Concierge service.
